Dunkin’ Donuts recently celebrated the grand opening of its new restaurant in Charlotte at 3885 Lake Ave., Rochester.
The grand opening featured free refill mugs, product samplings, a raffle for a Keurig coffee brewer, live entertainment, John DiTullio and the Radio 95.1 team, Cuppy the mascot and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The location has been open since Sept. 26. The Belhseine Network, the franchisee for the new Charlotte restaurant, currently operates seven Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.
“We take great pride in our community, which makes it extra special when we can open a new restaurant in the area we call home,” said Sam Belhseine, franchisee. “To be able to bring our Charlotte neighbors happiness through our coffee, doughnuts and sandwich products any time of the day is important to us, and we’re so glad we can provide this service.”
The new restaurant is open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. It has 15 employees and features indoor and outdoor seating. The store offers Dunkin’ Donuts’ full menu and Wi-Fi.
