St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, will hold its Ukrainian Food and Arts and Crafts Sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 17 and from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 18.
The food sale will feature cheese and potato and kapusta-stuffed varenyky, or perogies; four types of freshly-made holubtsi, or cabbage rolls: rice and meat, buckwheat and meat, rice and mushroom and buckwheat and mushroom; borscht, or beet soup; and a variety of baked goods.
Most of the items offered are vegetarian, and some are approved for vegan consumption. Free coffee will be available.
The crafts sale will include a variety of handmade Ukrainian arts and crafts and Christmas items.
Proceeds will benefit the St. Josaphat Kitchen fund.
