“The Seal Maiden” will return to the Key Bank Rochester Fringe Festival at 6 p.m. Sept. 16, 1 p.m. Sept. 17 and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 23 at School of the Arts, 45 Prince St., Rochester.
The Celtic tale depicts a seal who is stranded on a beach and transformed into a young woman. Yet, as she adapts to her new life, the seal is torn by her longing to return to the sea. The performance is directed and choreographed by Rochester artist Anne Harris Wilcox.
Admission costs $12. Remaining tickets will be available at the door starting one hour before curtain.
