Junior Friends of the Gates Public Library: 4 to 5 p.m. Oct. 10. For ages 9 –16. Junior Friends are a group of volunteers who meet year-round and help the library with book sales, programs and decorations, among other fun things. Meetings held the second Tuesday every month.
