Excelsior Scholarship — Free Tuition: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 13. The Excelsior Scholarship will provide free tuition to thousands of students in the state. Learn about the recent initiative, and how it may impact college decisions. Other topics include the college search, scholarships and financing college costs. Registration recommended.
