The 106th annual Holiday Botanical Show will run through Jan. 7, 2018, at Lamberton Conservatory in Highland Park, 180 Reservoir Ave., Rochester.
Over 1,000 poinsettias representing 25 different varieties are on display at the conservatory. Highland Bowl, 1137 South Ave., Rochester, has a 20-foot lighted Christmas tree on display.
“As is tradition, our Holiday Botanical Show will feature an 8-foot high poinsettia pyramid, which is a crowd pleaser year after year” said Larry Staub, director of Monroe County Parks Department. “In addition to the festive flora, holiday visitors will be treated to a dazzling display of colorful lights strung throughout the conservatory.”
The conservatory is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will open for extended hours until 9 p.m. on Fridays and Sundays throughout the show. The show will be closed on Christmas Day.
Admission costs $3 for adults, $2 for youth ages 6-18 and seniors ages 62 and older and free for ages 5 and younger.
