St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 E. Ridge Road, Rochester, will hold its Ukrainian Food and Arts and Craft Sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Dec. 16 and 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 17.
The food sale will offer varenyky, or perogies, with cheese, potato and kapusta; holubtsi, or cabbage rolls, stuffed with rice and meat, buckwheat and meat, rice and mushrooms or buckwheat and mushrooms; meatless borscht, or beet soup; kapusta; and baked goods including kolach, a Christmas bread.
Most items are vegetarian. Some are approved for vegan consumption.
Vendors will sell handmade arts and crafts for Christmas and as gifts.
