Health Insurance Navigator: 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 13. Get assistance enrolling for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act from a certified application counselor. Enroll for health insurance through the New York State of Health Exchange. Bring ID, 2016 tax return and Social Security numbers and dates of birth for family members being enrolled. Assistance is first come, first served.
