Geva Theatre Center, 75 Woodbury Blvd., Rochester, will continue its 2017-18 Fielding Studio Series with “Erma Bombeck: At Wit’s End” by Allison Engel and Margaret Engel starting Jan. 25.
Humorist Erma Bombeck captured the frustrations of her generation by asking, “If life is a bowl of cherries, what am I doing in the pits?” Starring columnist Pam Sherman, “At Wit’s End” tells the story of a housewife who championed the lives of women with a wit that sprang from the truth.
Geva extended its performances through Feb. 18 due to public demand. Many performances are already sold out. Tickets start at $44.
