The fourth- through seventh-grade Wolfpack basketball players from Hillel Community Day School had the opportunity to scrimmage at the Rochester Razorsharks game on Jan. 7.
The coed team, led by coaches Yosef Kilimnick and Chris Drew, were excited to watch the Razorsharks play; some of the students had never been to a professional basketball game. Parents, family and friends cheered as the Wolfpack players scrimmaged in their new uniforms during halftime on the court at the Blue Cross Arena.
The Wolfpack team ended their season with against St. Paul Lutheran School. Fifth-grader Rafi Zaretsky shot a three-pointer at the buzzer. Hillel also played Rochester School for the Deaf and the Home School Network Basketball teams during their 2017-18 season.
