Spoleta, a construction and development company, is celebrating 60 years in Rochester this year with a new website and brand.
The company logo and identity were redesigned to a sleek, modern appearance that reflects its work. The new website explores the company’s process of working with clients, benefits of total turnkey service that brings the client’s vision to life and a timeline of Spoleta’s history.
Spoleta’s previous projects include Bridge Square, Dockside Village Apartments, Elizabeth Wende Breast Clinic, Fairport Fire Station, Gates Chili Central School District, Waters Edge Apartments and Vertus Charter School. Photos are available on the new website.
The timeline features pictures and documents from the 1940s.
Founder Samuel Spoleta started working as a home builder and remodeler around 1941. His commitment to doing something perfectly or not doing it at all drove the word-of-mouth advertising, bringing him more requests for work.
By 1958, his son, Michael, joined the family business. Michael Spoleta now serves as CEO. His brother, David, is president.
Spoleta owns almost 3 million square feet of industrial, office, multifamily, health care and retail development throughout upstate New York. Spoleta Construction’s annual revenue approaches $60 million.
