Adult programs
Maker’s Lab Drop-In: 6 to 8 p.m. on Mondays. Sewing, embroidery and cricut machines and soldering irons are available. The library will provide 3-D printing, but there is a cost to print. Trained volunteers will be on site. Registration is required.
Technology help with Teen Tech Tutors: 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Stop in during the drop-in hours to get help with technology questions. No registration is required.
Drop-In Knitting: 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays, 1:00-3:00 pm. Bring needlework projects and chat with others while working. No registration required.
Iron Book Discussion Group — “Miller’s Valley” by Anna Quindlen: 7 p.m. on May 8 and 3 p.m. on May 10. Books are available for a month long check out. No registration required.
Talking Circle: 1 p.m. on May 5. This month’s topic is “Women and Men Becoming Allies for Each Other.” Registration is required.
Rochester City Ballet Showcase: 7 p.m. on May 1. Dancers will preview the May BalletStravinsky/Bowie, artistic director David Palmer’s interpretation of Stravinsky’s “The Rite of Spring” and a tribute to David Bowie. No registration required.
Teen program
Dungeons & Dragons & Donuts!: 11 a.m. on May 5. For ages 13-18. For new and experienced players. Join the popular role playing game. Registration is required.
