CPL, a design firm that serves public- and private-sector clients, recently welcomed four hires to its Rochester team: Dennis Barefoot as assistant team leader, Deborah Barletta as Newforma implementation specialist, Christine Brennan-Campbell as marketing coordinator and David Martin as construction project manager.
Barefoot, of York, will work with project teams on various bridge inspections. He spent 20 years as deputy superintendent for Livingston County Highway Department. Barefoot has an Associate of Applied Science in construction engineering from Alfred State College, and is earning a Bachelor of Science in construction management.
Barletta, of Walworth, will facilitate Newforma training classes and work sessions, as well as generate various Newforma training materials as needed. She most recently served as records manager/Newforma administrator at SWBR Architects. Barletta started and currently leads Upstate NY Newforma User Group.
Brennan-Campbell, of Victor, will assist the marketing department with proposal development, presentation preparation and project database management. She spent nearly 12 years at Lu Engineers serving as environmental specialist, then as marketing coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science in meteorology from The College at Brockport.
Martin, of Point Breeze, will handle construction project administration for various project types. He has more than 30 years of project management experience and a Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College in Buffalo.
