A case is moving forward against three people who have been indicted in the deadly shooting and stabbing in Batavia last week.

A case is moving forward against three people who have been indicted in the deadly shooting and stabbing in Batavia last week.

A grand jury indicted Nathaniel Wilson Junior, Samuel Blackshear and Jennifer Urvizu-Hanlon in the case.

Last Thursday, investigators say there was a confrontation between two groups on Central Avenue.

During the confrontation investigators say Terry Toote was stabbed and killed by Wilson.

After further investigation, police say Wilson was shot by Blackshear however, Urvizu-Hanlon provided the gun.

Wilson is now facing murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

Blackshear is facing assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

Urvizu-Hanlon is facing criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
