Mark Buechler, 44, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, three counts of a criminal sexual act, 20 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, and two counts of sex abuse.

A Henrietta man accused of sex crimes against a child is facing 29 felony charges.

Mark Buechler, 44, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, three counts of a criminal sexual act, 20 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, and two counts of sex abuse.

He was arrested on May 3 following an investigation conducted by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and CPS.

Buechler is a parent in the Rush-Henrietta School District. Following his arrest, the district told News10NBC the alleged crimes did not occur on school property.
