Fire crews say a woman walking her dog saw flames coming from the roof of the house.

Investigators say two cats are dead after a home went up in flames early Wednesday morning in Rochester.

Officials originally reported a dog was missing in the fire on McArdle Street just off Mount Read Blvd. around 4:30 a.m.

One woman was in a wheelchair and it got stuck in a pothole; firefighters had to help her.

Nobody was hurt. The cause is under investigation.
