Hilton

Leanna Beabout, Sarah Fryer and Nicholas Weber, of Hilton, were named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, students must earn a 3.5-3.74 quality point index.

Jessica Goff, of Hilton, was named to the spring 2018 provost’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, part-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Meredith Zachary, of Hilton, enrolled for the 2018-19 academic year at Rochester Institute of Technology. Zachary, a 2018 graduate of Hilton High School, is in the film and animation program. She received a RIT Founders Scholarship.

North Chili

Amy Dieffenbacher, of North Chili, was named to the spring 2018 provost’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, part-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Rochester

Daniel Freese, of Rochester, was named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at Cazenovia College. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Joey Cantatore, of Rochester, was named to the spring 2018 president’s list at The College at Brockport. To be eligible, students must earn a 4.0 semester GPA.

Craig Warner, of Rochester, graduated in spring 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management (human resource) from Fort Hays State University in Fort Hays, Kansas.

Tessa Braun, William Brewer, Jacob Buchanan, Chantelle Lupo, Trevenna Mitchell, Lisa Ritson and Angela Williams, of Rochester, were named to the spring 2018 provost’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. To be eligible, part-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Emma Eastridge, Marie Haynes, Nicole Lotta, Branwen Meehan, Julie Melville, John Meyers, Alicia Michael, Megan Miller, Janet Patt and John Stone, of Rochester, were named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at Genesee Community College in Batavia. Pamela Braman, of Scottsville, graduated in spring 2018 with a Doctor of Ministry degree from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon.

Karley Rene’, of Rochester, graduated in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in theater/musical theater from Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Andrea TerBorg, of Rochester, graduated in May 2018 with a degree in health information management and technology from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.

Maria Espinoza Pastene, of Rochester, graduated in May 2018 with a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Rochelle Strassner, of Rochester, recently traveled to Baja California, Mexico, to study desert and marine landscapes through ecological and social field methods. Stressner is a new master’s student in the global field program from Miami University’s Project Dragonfly in Oxford, Ohio.

Erin Clancy, Steven Daniszewski, Dakota Martin and Christian Vella, of Rochester, were named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at Morrisville State College. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.0-3.99 semester average.

Lauren Paige, of Rochester, enrolled for the 2018-19 academic year at Rochester Institute of Technology. Paige, a 2018 graduate of Gates Chili High School, is in the game design and development program. She received a RIT Computing Medal Scholarship.

Marisol Hooks, of Rochester, was named to the spring 2018 dean’s list at University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut. To be eligible, students must register for at least 12 credits, receive no grade below a C, earn a minimum 3.0 GPA and be in the upper quartile of their school or college.

Joseph Neidert, of Rochester, graduated cum laude in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice/terrorism and homeland security from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts.
