Tipping Point Communications, a state-certified woman-owned marketing communications agency in Rochester, recently added three team members to its public relations, research and digital teams.
Kathleen Fletcher joins the PR team as a communications supervisor. In this role, she will execute PR programs for clients, including message development and positioning, crisis communications and media relations.
Fletcher’s experience includes more than three years at Kellen in New York City, with responsibility for business-to-business and business-to-consumer program development and management and events coordination. She worked at Ogilvy Public Relations on global accounts, including the Mexico Tourism Board and LG Electronics. Her PR efforts achieved more than 1 billion impressions.
Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism from The College at Brockport and a Master of Science in PR from Syracuse University.
Olivia Rotondo joins Tipping Point Communications as a research and PR coordinator, implementing programs for clients, including planning and execution of focus groups in the agency’s facilities in Buffalo and Rochester.
A Syracuse native, Rotondo holds a Bachelor of Science in media management with a minor in psychology from St. John Fisher College, where she was captain of the women’s tennis team and studied abroad in London.
Rotondo is active in the Public Relations Society of America as a member and volunteer, and is certified in the CISION communication intelligence and software service.
Tim Davidson joins the digital team at as a PPC manager. In this role, Davidson will work with the account team and clients to maximize their marketing investments through social media management and paid media strategy.
A Florida native, Davidson has a background in digital marketing and market research, working with a wide variety of local and national accounts on their digital campaigns, brand strategy as well as conducting market research.
Davidson worked as a market research analyst for Edelman Intelligence, and holds a certification in Google AdWords. He volunteers for Digital Rochester and Pluta Cancer Center.
