Felting artist Victoria Connors and students from St. John Fisher College are exhibiting “Nature as Muse” through Sept. 7 at the Patricia O’Keefe Ross Gallery in the Joseph S. Skalny Welcome Center, 3690 East Ave., Rochester.
The show features Connors’ plein art felting, student-created essays from Deborah Uman’s ecocomposition course as well as images and videos from Documenting the Natural History of the Northeast, an honors course taught by Mike Boller, Christopher Collins, Greg Cunningham and Todd Sodano.
Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays-Thursdays and 8 a.m. to noon on Fridays. Admission is free. Email csweet@sjfc.edu for information.
