Dixon Schwabl, an advertising, marketing and public relations agency based in Victor, recently promoted Alexandra Hristodoulou, of Webster; Rosi Statt, of Victor; Merritt Ward, of Le Roy, within its account services department.
Hristodoulou was promoted to account executive. She will support the account management team in the planning and execution phases of account service efforts, specifically client and agency assigned marketing communications programs, through building and maintaining client relationships and managing projects. She also serves as the internship coordinator.
Hristodoulou started with Dixon Schwabl part-time in 2016 as account coordinator while completing her Bachelor of Science in media management at St. John Fisher College. She joined the team full-time in 2017 upon her graduation, serving a hybrid account service and research role.
Outside of the office, Hristodoulou serves as secretary of AMA Rochester’s Pinnacle event committee, member of PRSA Rochester Young Professionals Committee, project manager for Rochester Greek Festival Marketing Committee and member of St. John Fisher College Young Alumni Association committee and PRSSA Bateman Competition advisory board.
Statt was promoted to vice president of account service. She will lead the Community Bank N.A. integrated marketing team to ensure business and marketing goals are established and met. She will be responsible for the quality, strategy and integrity of all services provided to the client, and will evaluate and course correct plans. Statt was appointed to the agency’s key advisory board, supporting Dixon Schwabl’s managing partner team in their efforts.
She joined Dixon Schwabl in 2007 as part of the PR department. Statt transitioned to the account service team in 2012, and most recently served as account director. She previously worked with Hart-Boillot and Gray & Rice Public Relations in Boston.
Statt earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication and journalism from SUNY New Paltz.
Ward was promoted to account director. She will lead the IP.com, ESL Federal Credit Union and New York Apple Association accounts. She will be responsible for strategic planning and organic growth for integrated marketing clients.
Ward joined the Dixon Schwabl team in 2016 as account supervisor. She previously spent six years with Weber Shandwick working on various clients, including Ocean Spray, L.L. Bean and Zipcar. Outside of the office, Ward is a member of United Way’s Emerging Leaders Society and Women’s Leadership Council.
Ward earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from St. Bonaventure University and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College.
