“Carole’s Kings” will return to Downstairs Cabaret Theatre at Winton Place, 3450 Winton Place, Rochester, for a two-week production on Aug. 17-26.
The play combines the music of Carole King, writings of Chicago’s Second City and orchestrations from the team behind “Jersey Boys” and “Beautiful.”
“Carole’s Kings” will transport audiences back in time with King classics like “The Locomotion,” “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow,” “You’ve Got a Friend” and “I Feel the Earth Move.”
Show times are 8 p.m. on Aug. 17-18 and 24-25, 4 p.m. on Aug. 18, 3 p.m. on Aug. 19 and 26 and 7 p.m. on Aug. 23. Free parking is available. The theater is handicapped-accessible.
Tickets cost $30-$33. Discounts are available for ages 60 and older, groups of 10 or more, full-time students, military personnel and Downstairs Cabaret members.
