Tipping Point Communications recently hired Bridget Andrews as media director, and promoted Brian Beiner to media supervisor.
Andrews will oversee a full-service media department in Rochester and Buffalo. She previously served as brand group director at Horizons Media in New York. She worked a boutique agency in Hawaii, as well as Zimmerman Advertising in Florida.
Her media background includes working with various clients and budgets to develop strategically sound media plans that deliver on the clients’ goals. At Tipping Point, Andrews will act as account manager on key accounts along with her media director responsibilities. She will optimize resources to improve efficiencies in integrated campaigns.
Andrews holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from SUNY New Paltz and a master’s degree in advertising from Syracuse University.
Beiner was a part of the strategic buying team for nearly four years, and has worked in media for over 17 years. As media supervisor, he will continue to buy media for key accounts.
He is an experienced media buyer, planner and strategist, overseeing and managing various integrated marketing campaigns. His background includes traditional and digital media, with a results-driven approach and stewardship of media buys. He holds certifications in Google AdWords Analytics.
Beiner started his career in radio promotions, and held positions at Radio Woodstock, Cumulus Media and WROC-TV. He volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, and was a radio DJ at WBER 90.5 FM for nearly four years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and radio/TV production from SUNY New Paltz.
