One of the bodies that was found dead in a burned-out car in Hamlin on Monday morning has been identified.

The family of 19-year-old Bruce Kane confirms that he is one of the victims that was discovered inside the vehicle.

Kane was a freshman at Monroe Community College and a recent graduate of Brockport High School.

News10NBC has learned the car was driven to the area sometime Saturday night or Sunday. Authorities have determined who registered the car but have not been able to get ahold of him or her.

The sheriff's office is still working to determine if that person was one of the deceased persons.

The identity of the other victim found in the vehicle is expected to be released at a press conference.

Fowler is asking anyone who was in the area of King Street and Lake Road Saturday or Sunday and saw anything odd or noticed a suspicious vehicle, to call 911.
