The minority owner of Fairport Brewing Company wants out and is suing his business partner to do it.

Messenger Post's news partner, News10NBC obtained the lawsuit filed by Paul Guarrancini last week.

He seeks an order directing the majority owner, Timothy Garman, to either buy him out or to dissolve the brewery.

In the lawsuit, Guarrancini accuses Garman of having a hidden bank account and profiting from a separate beverage line that used company resources.

In April, according to the lawsuit, Garman agreed to let Guarrancini leave the company, but later indicated he didn't have the money to buy him out.
