Sometimes it is hard to be strong and resilient when we are faced with negativity, bad or little communication, or verbal discourse.
I believe we are overpowered by outside resources and our own voices telling us to be like everyone else, so who do we listen to or trust?
We are flooded by technology, TV and, of course, the people around us.
To be strong, take care of yourself, let go of negativity, exercise, and seek calming attitudes and, hopefully, unconditional love.
Let go of bad thoughts, small mindedness and achieve your personal life goals. Let go of personal defeats. Think big.
