The 2018-19 Community Wishbook, a publication that lists items and volunteers needed by more than 170 nonprofit agencies in Greater Rochester, is now available.
These items are things the community can donate from their homes and businesses when they are downsizing, organizing or decluttering. The charities also need volunteers.
Copies are available until the end of January at free literature racks throughout the community, local library branches and mall boards at Eastview, Greece Ridge and Marketplace malls.
The online version includes a calendar of events sponsored by the charities. Agencies are looking for volunteers to help organize and run events, and participants. Visit communitywishbook.org for information.
Email wishbook@rochester.rr.com for additional copies and questions.
