Right now, Alberto Reyes is only charged with tampering with evidence.

According to deputies, Reyes admitted to burying the body of Selena Hidalgo-Calderon at a farm in Sodus.

Selena and her 14-month-old son, Owen, vanished back in May. Selena's body was found in woods near the farm a week later. Remains believed to be Owen's were found at the same farm in October.

Reyes is set to appear in Wayne County Court at 1 p.m. Thursday for a pre-trial hearing.

He is also facing federal charges for re-entering the country illegally.
