An undercover police investigation has led to the arrest of two women in Henrietta at a business claiming to be an acupuncture and massage parlor.

The business is located in Suburban Plaza on East Henrietta Road.

The State Police Special Investigations Unit said they charged two women who worked there with promoting prostitution and operating without a proper massage therapy license.

State Police Trooper Mark O'Donnell said, "There were some complaints about people coming in and out of establishments like the one behind me on their lunch hours and on pay day etcetera, mostly male gender, would come in here and they thought there may be some illegal activity, so we began an investigation."

Town code enforcement officers ordered the business to remain closed.

Police say the location is one of several they have busted over the last several months as a result of an ongoing investigation.
