In Ontario County, 55 jobs were created at one agency.

A jobs report for 2013 from the New York State Industries for the Disabled, Inc. (NYSID) found that nearly 700 jobs were created in western New York for people with disabilities.
According to the NYSID 2013 report, the 690 jobs created in western New York included at Rochester Rehabilitation Center, 80 jobs; CDS Monarch/Unistel in Rochester), 73 jobs; and Ontario County Chapter NYSARC, Inc./Pathways in Canandaigua, 55 jobs.
In recognition of National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in March, NYSID released the latest annual report that highlights efforts by state and local agencies, businesses and other partners in creating jobs for people with disabilities.
"Ability at Work" is the 2014 theme for National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, encouraging people to understand that everyone benefits when individuals with disabilities are welcomed into local workplaces, neighborhoods and schools, according to a release.
