Under the leadership of former county clerk and current county executive Cheryl Dinolfo, the Monroe County Clerk’s Office announced the clerk’s office is accepting electronic recording of land record documents.

ERecording, as it is referred to, is the process of transmitting land record documents using a submitter company through the Internet to the Monroe County Clerk’s Office for official recording.

During her time as county clerk, Dinolfo implemented an eRecording pilot program with several local companies.
