Zimmerman, 53, of 1924 Porters Corner Road, Dundee, was charged with patronizing a prostitute, a class B felony; while Iesiah Joeminique Harris, 19, of 47 Avenue B, Geneva, and Jada Ashaniquia Spann, 34 Prospect Ave., Geneva, were charged with prostitution, a class B misdemeanor and possession of marijuana.

GENEVA — Two Geneva city women, along with a Yates County resident, are facing prostitution charges after being accused of using the website Backpage.com to offer their services.

Geneva police officers charged David B. Zimmerman, 53, of 1924 Porters Corner Road, Dundee, with patronizing a prostitute, a class B felony; while Iesiah Joeminique Harris, 19, of 47 Avenue B, Geneva, and Jada Ashaniquia Spann, 34 Prospect Ave., Geneva, were charged with prostitution, a class B misdemeanor and possession of marijuana. 

The trio’s arrests ended a short investigation by the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit, Geneva police officers and Ontario County sheriff’s deputies into accusations of criminal activity that allegedly took place at 47 Avenue B. 

Harris was arraigned and released, while Spann and Zimmerman were issued appearance tickets. All three are slated to return to Geneva City Court at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 16.
