Army National Guard promotes Rochester soldiers
Justin Hurley and Richard Mannara, of Rochester, recently received promotions in the New York Army National Guard.
Hurley was promoted to the rank of private. He serves with A Troop, 2-101 Cavalry.
Mannara was promoted to the rank of sergeant first class. He serves with Company C, Recruiting and Retention.
Conifer-LeChase promotes Greece resident
Doug Richards, of Greece, was recently promoted to project executive at Conifer-LeChase Construction Services LLC.
Richards will manage large or multiple projects for core clients with accountability for quality, value and safety as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.
He started his construction career in 1981. Richards joined LeChase Construction as a project manager in 2002, and has been with Conifer-LeChase since 2008. He has done coursework in marketing and computers at Rochester Institute of Technology, and is certified in renovations involving lead-based paint with the Environmental Protection Agency.
Greece resident joins SWBR
Gianfranco Pietrantoni, of Greece, recently joined SWBR as an architectural designer.
He brings expertise in visualization software, enabling the team to communicate their design intent more effectively and ensuring a successfully built project. His focus is on industrial, corporate and municipal projects.
Pietrantoni started his career as an intern with SWBR in December 2015. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Alfred State College and a master’s degree in architecture from University at Buffalo.
