2017 annual leaf pick-up is ongoing
The town of Webster Highway Department started the annual Leaf Pick-Up on Monday, Oct. 23. They are making every effort to pick up leaves on a weekly basis until the week of Monday, Dec. 4. At that time, a final pass will be conducted throughout the town, starting from the west side to the east side.
This final pass through town may not take a full week and will depend on the amount of leaves needing to be picked up. This will also end the 2017 fall leaf pick-up season. Any leaves collected after that will need to be bagged and left for your trash collector.
If anyone has any questions regarding the annual leaf pick-up, please contact the Highway Department at (585) 872-1443, Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
As always, if you have any questions about your town government, please feel free to contact me during regular business hours at (585) 872-7068; or email me anytime at supervisor@ci.webster.ny.us.
