The event features figure skating by skaters from the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center, resident U.S. Figure Skating Club and the Finger Lakes Skating Academy

The Greater Canandaigua Civic Center is hosting a Holiday Skating Exhibition Saturday at the rink, 250 N. Bloomfield Road.

Skaters from the GCCC Learn to Skate program and the resident U.S. Figure Skating Club, The Finger Lakes Skating Academy, will entertain with a figure skating show. Many of the skaters have been working hard under the direction of Sheri Carr, the coach of the Learn to Skate program.

There will also be guest skaters, and hot chocolate and treats from Cake Baby in Clifton Springs available to purchase. The show will run from 5:50 to 6:50 p.m. There is a suggested donation of $3.
