Digital Rochester will host Scott Snyder, chief technology and innovation officer of Safeguard Scientifics, as he presents “Utilizing Digital to Hyperpersonalize Your Customer’s Experience” at 8 a.m. on Jan. 19 at Rochester Museum & Science Center, 657 East Ave.
Snyder will address the shift toward hyperpersonalized user experiences driven by data versus designing for traditional user segments. He will discuss where current apps are falling short and provide examples for health care and retail to illustrate how intelligent interactions work for different types of users.
