Rochester Museum and Science Center, 657 East Ave., will host its RMSC Uncorked & On Tap fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m. on Feb. 10.
Attendees ages 21 and older will sample products from local food, craft beer, wine and spirit vendors. The event will feature live music by Alphonso Williams and Brian Thibodeau, pop-up experiences by Wildlife Rockstars, interactive science experiments and educational seminars that explore the science of food and drinks, mixology, viticulture, brewing and distilling. All three floors of exhibits will be open, including “Genome: Unlocking Life’s Code.”
Tickets cost $65 for general admission, $55 for RMSC members and $75 for VIP tickets. Admission includes a tasting glass, tote bag and access to seminars. VIP tickets feature a sparkling wine welcome, a seminar with beer columnist Will Cleveland and additional tote bag prizes.
