A man wanted in connection with a home invasion has been arrested in Rochester.
In November 2015, Travis Hill allegedly confronted a man at gunpoint as he arrived home, while a second armed man confronted the man’s wife inside their Webster home on Lake Road. Both victims suffered injuries from the assault.
Hill was wanted on several charges including attempted murder, robbery, and burglary.
The nine-month investigation led U.S. Marshals to multiple states before Hill was arrested on Fernwood Street in Rochester without incident on May 17.
Michael Earlsey, Jr. was also charged in November 2015 in connection with the case.
The arrest of Hill is the Rochester Division of the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force's 5000th arrest since its inception in 2002.
