I am writing in support of Edward “Russ” Kenyon’s candidacy for Ontario County Court judge in the upcoming Thursday, Sept. 13 primary.
A good judge must be impartial, have a strong understanding of the law, make decisions based on the facts and treat all parties with dignity and respect. And, above all, have a true passion for helping others and a personal understanding of the community.
Russ Kenyon has all these characteristics and more. He has lived in Ontario County for 40 years, working in private practice for 25 of them. He has spent decades volunteering for local organizations like the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce, Ontario Arc, Ontario County Tourism Bureau, Finger Lakes Visitors Connection, Canandaigua Senior Housing, Ontario County Office for the Aging and F.F. Thompson Health Systems Ethics Committee. Additionally, as the only Republican candidate with critical judicial experience, voters can look at his record and see his commitment to serving our county with the highest levels of integrity and honor.
Please join me in supporting Russ Kenyon for Ontario County Court judge on Sept. 13. No one is more uniquely qualified to serve.
