Rochester will be the official launch city for the North American tour of “A Bronx Tale” on Oct. 14-21 at RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre, 885 E. Main St.
“A Bronx Tale” travels to the stoops of the Bronx in the 1960s, where a young man is caught between the father he loves and the mob boss he’d love to be.
The musical features a book by Chazz Palminteri, music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater. It is directed by Robert De Niro and Jerry Zaks, with choreography by Sergio Trujillo.
The show will run at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 16-18, 8 p.m. on Oct. 19-20, 2 p.m. on Oct. 20 and 1 p.m. on Oct. 21.
