The M.K. Gandhi Institute will host a workshop with the Rev. Cynthia Brix and William Keepin, co-founders of Gender Equity and Reconciliation International, on Oct. 11-14 at The Clover Center, 1101 Clover St., Rochester.
The four-day workshop is designed to cultivate healing, respect, intimacy and collaboration between genders. Facilitated by an international team, it is open to people of all sexual orientations, ethnicities, and cultural and religious backgrounds.
Nazareth College will host Brix and Keeping for a free talk, “From Gender Oppression to Beloved Community,” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 10 in the Otto A. Shults Community Center, 4245 East Ave., Rochester.
