Screen Plays will continue its seventh season with “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” by Joe Landry on Nov. 18-25 at the Multi-use Community Cultural Center, 142 Atlantic Ave., Rochester.
This adaptation, directed by Karen Tuccio, combines Frank Capra’s holiday film with the golden age of radio. Set in a 1940s studio, the production includes a sound effects artist, period jingle commercials and six actors who play every character in the film.
The show will run at 8 p.m. on Nov. 20 and 22-24, as well as 2 p.m. on Nov. 24-25. Tickets cost $20 before Nov. 5, $25 at the door and $15 for students with an ID. Visit for information.
