The Catholic Diocese of Rochester has removed two priests from public ministry after an investigation by its review board. One of the priests is from a Geneva parish.

The Catholic Diocese of Rochester has removed two priests from public ministry after an investigation by its review board.

In a statement, church leaders say Father Thomas Valenti, a priest at Blessed Trinity and St. Patrick's in Tioga County, had allegations of inappropriate behavior with minors.

Father Erick Viloria is accused of inappropriate use of social media with an adult. He served at Our Lady of Peace Parish in Geneva.
