Let’s keep it simple. Perhaps we can make an early New Year’s resolution or a spontaneous thought that can make life simple.
What is simple is probably a relative statement, but if it is too time-consuming, stressful, impossible to control or costly, it is not simple.
Sometimes it does take time to find a simpler way, but when we do find that way, we have conquered a situation and established a solution that has given us more confidence for future tasks.
Some simple suggestions to help us through life are communicate directly, re-affirm friendships, take nothing for-granted, be honest with self and others ask for help and remain positive and focused.
Simple can be simple when we use our brain and heart to think and care.
