Edward Farrell and Andrew Schwingel, structural engineers at Erdman Anthony in Rochester, recently earned their licenses as professional engineers in New York and Maine, respectively.
Farrell holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Dayton in Ohio. He specializes in bridge design, rehabilitation and load ratings, cost and quantity estimates, structural detailing, interstate highway reconstruction, and steel frame-structure design.
Schwingel has a master’s degree in civil engineering, with a concentration in bridge and structural engineering, from the University at Buffalo. He specializes in bridge analysis and design. His projects include bridge replacements, rehabilitations, load ratings and cost estimating.
Erdman Anthony provides infrastructure engineering and support services to private industry and government clients. It employs over 250 people, including 70 professional engineers and licensed land surveyors.
