InterVol, a nonprofit humanitarian relief organization, will accept donations on Jan. 7-11 to assist the Rochester/Monroe County Homeless Continuum of Care 2019 Project Homeless Count.
The project seeks to increase county funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development by providing a data set of people who are homeless at a particular point in time.
InterVol needs donations such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, combs, brushes, feminine hygiene products, blankets, Kleenex and baby wipes.
Donations can be dropped off during regular business hours at Rochester General Hospital, 1425 Portland Ave., and InterVol, 100 S. Kings Highway, Suite 1200, Rochester.
