A joint ceremony in honor of Juliann and Frank Fullone was held at the Webster Presbyterian Church in Webster on Dec. 1, 2018.
Juliann and Frank achieved the highest, most prestigious award in Scouting.
Juliann started with Girl Scouts when she was 5 years old. To earn her bronze award, Juliann assisted Mary’s placemaking dresses and prayer dolls for girls in other countries. For her silver award, she directed the first student-run play with two other students. For Juliann’s gold award project, she chose a project near and dear to her heart. She held two blood drives in memory of Jack James Heiligman and a toy drive just in time for Christmas.
Frank started as a Cub Scout in Pack 206, and he eventually joined Troop 262. Frank started right away moving up the ranks in scouting earning three palms — bronze, gold and silver — for the extra 15 badges he earned. Frank’s Eagle project included the removal and rebuild of shelving in a storage unit at the Webster Presbyterian Church.
