The Bach to Rock Penfield Music School has supported over 100 community events throughout the Greater Rochester area by providing music classes and offering students the opportunity to perform at events.
On April 14, the Bach to Rock Penfield students will perform at the Rochester Museum and Science Center for their Sound Sense exhibit. Providing students with the opportunity to perform at community events is a core value for the music school and giving back to the community is what Bach to Rock Penfield is about.
“We are honored to collaborate with the Rochester Museum and Science Center in their Sound Sense exhibit to share our students’ musical abilities within the community,” said Local Bach to Rock owner and Director Nick Valente.
Bach to Rock Penfield was named the “2018 Business of the Year” by the Penfield Business Chamber due to its focus on supporting community programs.
In addition to private lessons, early childhood programs, Glee Clubs, band programs and birthday parties, kids and teens can continue to rock this summer at Bach to Rock’s studio by enrolling in one of five types of fun Rock Star or DJ music summer camps running weekly from June through end of August for ages 4-17.
No experience is necessary and all camps are held in the newly built 3,500-square foot music school equipped with a studio, performance stage room, and dedicated DJ room.
Bach to Rock music camps are designed for students to work with qualified teachers to learn how to play their instrument of choice, form a band, learn to play songs they love, record in the studio and create their own songs.
Full- or half-day camps are available during all school breaks and from June to August. Call (585) 364-3766 or email or visit for more information.
