Dixon Schwabl, an advertising, marketing and public relations agency in Victor, recently promoted Jon Alhart, of Penfield; Jordan Dixon, of Canandaigua; Connor Dixon-Schwabl, of Rochester; and Maureen Swick Kurz, of Pittsford, to managing partners.

They will be an integral part of our leadership team as the agency continues to grow and evolve.”
As managing partner of digital, Alhart leads a 24-person team focused on digital strategy, advanced analytics and data insights, web development, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
He joined Dixon Schwabl in 2008, and most recently served as vice president of content marketing and social media. Alhart earned his bachelor’s in TV and radio from Ithaca College.
As managing partner of strategic workflow, Dixon leads the agency’s workflow process. He is responsible for evaluating projects and timelines, selecting appropriate teams, and assigning work.
Dixon joined the agency in 2008 and spent his first five years in print production. He moved to strategic workflow in 2014 and most recently served as the department’s director. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in strategic marketing from Roberts Wesleyan College.
As managing partner of studio production, Dixon-Schwabl is responsible for all audio and video productions, along with campaign and promotional videos. He oversees a team of five, and facilitates all shoots by booking locations and talent as well as managing the shoot on set.
He has been with the agency since 2011 and most recently served as studio manager. Dixon-Schwabl earned his bachelor’s in communications from St. John Fisher College and a master’s in strategic marketing from Roberts.
Swick Kurz leads the agency’s media and Frontier Communications account teams as managing partner of media and account services. With more than 20 years of communications and management experience, Swick Kurz has expertise in strategic marketing, business development and media strategies.
She joined the agency in 1999 and most recently served as VP of account services. Swick Kurz earned her bachelor’s in marketing and management from St. Bonaventure University.
