Greenlight Networks recently named Philip Jones as chief financial officer. In this position, Jones will oversee the accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, investor relations and financing functions for the company.
Jones joins Greenlight from Document Security Systems, where he served for 14 years as CFO. Before that, he was controller for American Fiber Systems.
“Phil brings critical skills to our finance and accounting team from his experience at several growing companies where he was instrumental in providing the finance vision, strategy and leadership to help organizations get to the next level,” said Mark Murphy, president of Greenlight Networks. “This experience will be instrumental to Greenlight as we rapidly grow and expand.”

Jones held finance and accounting positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Zapata Corp., Arthur Andersen and Bonadio & Co. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s in economics from SUNY Geneseo.
