Boy from the City of Rochester drowned in Turning Point Park on Sunday.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)- A 13-year-old boy from the City of Rochester drowned in Turning Point Park on Sunday.
According to the Rochester Police Department, a call came in around 12:25 p.m. for a person in the water. Officers responded, and found that four children had gone into the water, but only three had come out.
Police say that the the boy was probably in the water for two hours before emergency services were notified. A body has been found, but they are waiting for the medical examiner to identify the body.
The victim's name has not been disclosed at this time.
